I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling. This means that I have been trained in a number of different psychological approaches: Person-centred, Psycho-dynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis. And that I combine these approaches in a way that I think will work best for each individual client.

I have worked in the National Health Service seeing clients referred by doctors for a variety of issues, including: abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, cancer, child-related issues, cultural issues, depression, identity problems, infertility, termination, miscarriage, post-natal depression, loss, relationships, self-esteem, stress, trauma, work-related issues, young people.
I have lived in Spain, France, Pakistan, and most recently in Japan, where I was in Private Practice; as well as being an EAP provider of mental health services in the workplace. I also worked with students, teachers and parents in international schools.
Currently I am in private practice in Oxford, seeing individuals and couples. I also work for the University of Oxford Counselling Service as a counsellor and trainer.
