I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling.  This means that I have been trained in a number of different psychological approaches: Person-centred, Psycho-dynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis. And that I combine these approaches in a way that I think will work best for each individual client.  I also offer EMDR therapy as part of my integrative approach.

I am a Senior Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work to standards specified by the
BACP Ethical Framework.
My membership is registered on the BACP register of counsellors and psychotherapists.

Recognised by BUPA, AXA, PPP and Aviva

I have worked in the National Health Service seeing clients referred by doctors for a variety of issues, including: abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, cancer, child-related issues, cultural issues, depression, identity problems, infertility, termination, miscarriage, post-natal depression, loss, relationships, self-esteem, stress, trauma, work-related issues, young people.
